After 10 years, they arbitrarily decided to apply my refunds to next year's taxes without asking me. They also added a $1500.00 "bookkeeping" charge for reviewing my bank statements. When I called to ask about both, I was told, "Well, you signed them" and "We should have been charging you for the last 10 years". Thanks Varun Chawla
