I didn't pay attention to the reviews and decided to give them the opportunity, but I verified it from my own experience, Mr. Marco Estrada is totally rude and unprofessional: .- I made my appoinment at 2 pm and he moved it to 5 pm, I arrived a little late and it was my responsibility and I was even willing to compensate him for my delay. .- When I called him from the door of his office he answered me with a sarcastic and mocking tone that it was already too late and that he couldn't attend to me, I understood him not attending to me but not the sarcastic and mocking tone, he raised his voice and treated me as if I were looking for alms from him. Totally misplaced to deal with a "new client" .- I am lucky to have had this incident in the first interview, that automatically sent me away from this arrogant, petulant and poorly educated person, I don't even want to imagine how it would have gone if I handed over the accounting of my company to a narcissist like Mr. Estrada. Stay away from here, this is the last place you would want to keep your company's accounting, I definitely do not recommend it.

Worst place ever. Mr. Estrada is so RUDE along with Karina. These are money hungry people! They charge so much and do noting for you. They don't let you talk and they want everything there way on there own time. If you are paying for service it should not be like that. I didn't want to deal with there unprofessionalism anymore, they never call you back you have to be reminding them to do there JOB, basically you have to be on top of these people or they never get your stuff done. They got upset for my decision to take my business somewhere else and was over charging me for MY Records, MY logins and MY Passwords. So unprofessional but the worst part is how they speak down to you. I didn't pay these people for my records they can keep it. Id rather pay the new accountant to redo everything, but Mr. Estrada will not ever eat another penny from me. Take your business somewhere else these people are not worth your time.

I called to get accounting services for my business and the customer service over the phone was terrible. The accountant Mr. Estrada kept talking over me, extremely rude and offensive. I do not recommend this accountant, take your business somewhere also.
