The facts, draw your own conclusion: I delivered all my well-organized data to this office a couple of weeks before the deadline for 2022 taxes. Thereafter, I was assigned three different agents, none of whom consulted with me or asked for any additional information. As the deadline approached, I visited the office to find out what was going on. I was told that the federal and state returns (3) would not be ready for review until the last day. Upon arriving at the office at the appointed time late morning on the last day, I discovered that two agents were still working on the federal return and had not begun any of the state returns. At mid-afternoon after spending 4 ½ hours in the office with the two agents with a just-produced federal return to be reviewed and three state returns yet to be done, I gave up and filed for four extensions. Thereafter, I received no response to my several emails and phone calls requesting a copy of the draft federal return for testing whether the 2022 taxes and 2023 estimated taxes I had paid were approximately correct. Obviously, my experience is not typical. But it is lamentable that it should happen at all.

I was a walk-in into their office on perhaps the busiest day of the year. I waited only a very short period of time before one of the agents, Tommy Luu, was able to work with me. He was thorough, professional, carefully walked through everything, and finished up the taxes and got them filed in about 30 minutes. I was incredibly pleased with his work, his experience and his professionalism. I highly recommend them.

The process is efficient, easy to get appointments, and Hal is personable, knows my history as I have returned for several years and I feel very confident in him and the accuracy of his work. The price is reasonable and your support services are terrific! You make the process painless!

Hugely unprofessional people, and the poorest communication I've ever experienced. A week ago I filed my forms online for a senior tax analyst to prepare virtually. She messaged me saying she would contact me yesterday. Didn't receive a call. Then today she messaged me asking if she could call me at 12pm (no apology for not contacting me yesterday, by the way). I was hesitant at first because I already had plans, but I wanted to get this done ASAP so I rearranged everything to accommodate this 12pm call. Then 25 minutes after 12pm I still did not hear from her. I called the office and they said they "were going to call" to let me know she was still dealing with a client. I mean, they could have called like 10-15 minutes earlier. Who calls after 25 minutes to let you know someone is running late? They told me that she could call me at 2pm later today which I think is really presumptuous as if I literally am sitting at home doing nothing. I have to head out to run some important errands, and didn't want to rearrange my schedule once again for someone who didn't communicate to me that she was unable to stick with the time we had agreed to (twice). Don't recommend at all.

The tax consultant, Tommy Luu, is quick and capable and gets my taxes done in one hour, while I am sitting there, talking to him. It's a much better experience than sending all my documents to some firm and never talking to anyone and waiting weeks to find out what I might owe/get as a refund. It's also a very good value.
