I could not be more disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism that was shown to me by this office. At the request of this office, I agreed to reschedule my appointment to a later date to accommodate them. When I arrived on time for my revised appointment, I was directed to wait to be called. After waiting quietly for 30 minutes, one of the tax preparers finally came forward, and a gentleman with an appointment time half an hour before mine (i.e. he had already been waiting an hour) was called. After waiting an additional fifteen minutes (now 45 minutes total waiting time), I asked what was taking so long -- trying to get an idea of whether or not I would be called shortly. The receptionist confirmed that she had absolutely no idea when I would be called. No estimate of my additional waiting time was offered, nor was any apology voluntarily proffered by any of the people working there to demonstrate even a modicum of appreciation for my patience. I remain puzled as to why no apology was offered voluntarily... And I feel strongly that I was not shown any respect for my time. Be advised that making a tax appointment in advance at this office does not by any means guarantee that you will be seen at or near the time of your appointment...a fact confirmed by the receptionist. In other words, be prepared to wait a significant amount of time before actually beginning your return, and you be wise not to expect an apology to acknowledge how long you have had to wait because this office simply does not respect your time or schedule.

Scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. The place was closed. I took the day off of work to get my taxes done. Wasted my time.

The representative I worked with was very friendly and personable, he understood my needs and concerns and worked with me to file my tax return. He made me feel more than welcomed for my first time at H&R. Prob some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while

Mrs Gomez was very helpful and thorough. I came in on a snowy day with my toddler, and she was patient and took the time to listen to my experience with HR block online, and why I wanted to do my taxes in person this year. She helped me get $900 more than what I would've gotten if I filed alone online. She also got me a discount coupon, which helped reduce the cost of the service. I highly recommend her, and I'd definitely come see her again! :)
