The worst experience I have had with an accountant. Jack Wan is arrogant, condescending, impatient, makes promises to be available then does not respond to emails or phone calls. He went on vacation before tax filing due date and said he would have to extend filing. When questioning his practices he becomes unhinged. Each of two years he has provided the return, he has to retract and resend the documents. I have a wonderful accountant now whom I trust and can depend on.

Mr. Wan did a great job with our tricky overseas taxes. He also included tax planning for the next year and helpful advice for financial planning.
