This office of JMU Tax & Financial has experienced several changes in its team over the past decade. The team they have now is fantastic. Over the course of our initial meetings, they have taken the stress out of the small business incorporation and tax preparation process. They are customer service-oriented team who opens later in the morning and operates late through the night to get the job done particularly during tax season. Most importantly, once you've developed a relationship, they are reachable anytime you need. I have had excellent experiences with Shafique Khan, Kinshook, and Raj who works the front desk. Though our work together is just beginning, I'm hopeful that this good experience continues.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jmu Tax. Not only did they cancel & my appointment multiple times, causing significant inconvenience, but they also failed to update their contact information on Google, leading me to contact the wrong location altogether today because the door was locked when I got there which is fine if I could have contacted the right office to open the door. To top it off, when my appointment finally did happen, I was made to wait until 3:40 despite it being scheduled for 3:00pm. The lack of organization and disregard for customers' time is unacceptable. I’ve dealt with JMU for many years but never again!

Horrible service. Shafique Khan submitted paystub instead of w2 and now because of him not submitting correct forms I owe IRS money. I tried to speak to the manager and and Khan and all they say is my fault for their mistake. When they said I can give them whatever I have and it was ok.

I was recommended here by a friend . And I've never owed taxes in my life and when I left apparently I owned the government money . Highly don't recommend.
